Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring presentation is attractive and appealing.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe food-handling procedures; stores or discards excess food properly.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in ordering and receiving of supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards and participates in safety meetings; works with team to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen.
