Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety by following HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in purchasing and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Follows company policies and safety guidelines and attends training sessions.
