Job summary
Compass Group USA, Flik Independent School Dining, is hiring Food Service Worker for McCallie School, Chattanooga, TN. Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred. Willing to train!
- Location: McCallie School, Chattanooga, TN.
- Schedule: Full time and part time; 11:00 am–8:00 pm with rotating weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
- Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits/vegetables.
- Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
- Carries pans, kettles and trays between stations safely.
- Stores food following wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Uses recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
- Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and cash control.
