Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Follow daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Serve customers and take orders from stations.
