Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is hiring for immediate PREP COOK positions at Baylor School, Chattanooga, TN. Shifts run 11:30 AM–8:00 PM with weekend availability; prior kitchen prep and cooking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen prep and cooking experience is required.
• Ability to follow recipes and production sheets.
• Availability for full- and part-time shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per production sheets following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Receive daily production schedule from Chef and prep accordingly.
• Serve customers at the line and maintain HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and logs.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
