Campus Services Group is seeking a School Day Porter to help keep our partner school clean and safe in Deland, FL. You will work closely with staff and students to uphold high cleanliness standards and provide reliable daily janitorial support.

The role emphasizes following safety protocols, assisting with events, and maintaining a sanitary environment through routine cleaning tasks. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Willingness to perform routine janitorial tasks consistently.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial tasks in hallways, classrooms, cafeterias, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors, and fixtures; replenish supplies as needed.
• Remove trash, empty wastebaskets, and address graffiti and minor repairs as directed.
• Use cleaning solutions safely, following safety precautions.
• Report equipment or product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Assist with event support and respond to paging systems promptly.
• Maintain sanitary environment by following infection control practices.
