Job summary

The Ramaz School in New York is seeking a Data Coordinator to clean, transform, and migrate data across our systems, using scripting (Python) as needed. You will support data integration and reconcile information across LMS, CMS, SIS, and analytics tools.

You will train faculty and staff, document workflows, and collaborate with IT and departmental teams to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility while advancing data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in a data-related role.
• Experience in a school environment, preferably N-12, is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn school data ecosystems and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and reconciliation across school databases, LMS, CMS, and other systems using scripting where appropriate.
• Assist with annual rollover, data updates, and start-of-school tasks across systems.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate records across systems.
• Execute ETL work for major system migrations with data integrity.
• Evaluate new tools and workflows for data security and sustainability.
