Excel Academy Charter Schools is seeking a highly organized Manager of Student Information Systems & State Reporting to own PowerSchool, DeansList, Clever, and related data systems across Massachusetts and Rhode Island schools.

You will manage system configurations, data integrity, and annual lifecycle processes, while coordinating with Operations, academic leaders, and Technology to meet reporting deadlines and ensure accurate data for compliance.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in K-12 education, student information systems, data management, or a related field.
• Significant experience with a student information system such as PowerSchool.
• Experience with data integrations, state reporting, and compliance.
• Strong project-management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own PowerSchool, DeansList, Clever, SWIPE, and related SIS configurations and integrations.
• Lead system setup, annual rollovers, scheduling, and lifecycle processes.
• Oversee data integrations, monitoring imports/exports and rostering processes.
• Manage Massachusetts and Rhode Island state/federal reporting and calendar.
• Lead SIS-related projects, vendor management, testing, and training staff.
