Job summary

City Garden Montessori School in St. Louis seeks a Manager of Data Systems and Reporting to oversee the Student Information System (Infinite Campus), support enrollment, and ensure timely compliance reporting across departments.

You will coordinate data accuracy, train staff, manage system integrations (Clever, iReady, Panorama), and lead ad hoc reporting to support operations, enrollment goals, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with public school information systems (SIS) and state submission processes.
• Experience with Infinite Campus.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and follow up across teams.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary manager of the SIS (Infinite Campus) and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee online registration and student enrollment processes.
• Coordinate rostering and scheduling within the SIS.
• Train staff to use SIS and record attendance and student records.
• Manage SIS integrations with Clever, iReady, Panorama, and other systems.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support operations and compliance.
• Attend SIS user group sessions to stay updated on state reporting changes.
• Assist in implementing new SIS features beneficial to City Garden.
