Responsibilities

• Coordinate data processing activities and communications for the site.
• Process input and output for the site’s data systems.
• Generate and distribute computer reports, schedules, and records.
• Adjust student schedules as instructed.
• Provide technical direction for data processing tasks.
• Train staff on data processing procedures as needed.
• Type correspondence and compile reports.
• Order and manage computer supplies and vendor interactions.
• Assist with issuing student transcripts.
• Operate data processing equipment and related devices.
• Review outputs for accuracy and distribute final documents.
