Job summary

Open Sky Education is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our campuses. You will keep classrooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces orderly and free of hazards.

Duties include daily cleaning, trash removal, basic maintenance, inventory of supplies, seasonal lawn care and snow removal, plus occasional cafeteria help. A high school diploma and at least one year of custodial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of custodial experience.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and common areas.
• Assist with safety and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Remove trash and manage outdoor litter.
• Assist with cafeteria needs as directed.
• Seasonal lawn care and snow removal.
• Follow Open Sky policies and procedures.
