Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe school premises at all times.
• Regulate HVAC to ensure comfortable temperatures and efficient energy use.
• Check exit doors during occupancy hours.
• Sweep classrooms and dust furniture; clean corridors as required.
• Disinfect restrooms and sanitize fixtures daily; clean windows as needed.
• Maintain grounds: rubbish removal, lawn care, shrub trimming.
• Keep floors clean and in good condition; clean chalkboards.
• Report repairs to head custodian or principals promptly.
• Monitor electrical installations and fire extinguishers regularly.
• Perform general maintenance and assist cafeteria staff as needed.
