Qualifications

• Asbestos awareness training within 60 days of employment.
• Red Cross First Aid CPR within 60 days of employment.
• Must be able to read and understand job and product directions.
• Must pass a general physical examination.
• Criminal background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Regulate HVAC to maintain appropriate temperatures and conserve resources.
• Check exit doors during occupancy hours.
• Sweep classrooms and dust furniture.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms daily.
• Wash windows inside and out as required.
• Maintain school grounds and perform yard care as needed.
• Perform minor building repairs and report major issues.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and safety protocols.
