You will help ensure secure school facilities and support daily operations and events on site. Starting immediately, this full-time position requires physical stamina and a reliable attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Keep building and surroundings neat, safe, and clean at all times.
• Regulate heating and cooling for efficiency and comfort.
• Maintain and replace filters in HVAC systems as needed.
• Unlock/lock buildings to ensure security at start and end of the day.
• Clean classrooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas daily.
• Support minor repairs and report major repairs promptly.
• Move furniture as directed for events and activities.
• Follow all laws regarding chemicals, trash, and waste disposal.
