• Vacuum or sweep floors daily; mop weekly or as needed.

• Shovels and sands walks during freezing weather.
• Washes interior and exterior windows at least twice a year.
• Opens and closes the building daily and for events.
• Raises and lowers flags daily.
• Moves furniture as directed.
• General maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Reports damage or major repairs needed.
• Regulates heating and air conditioning equipment; reports repairs needed.
• Reports improper student behavior.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the principal.
