Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates cleaning and environmental housekeeping equipment.
• Performs indoor/outdoor manual labor in all weather conditions.
• Follows safety rules and passes required drug/alcohol tests when needed.
• Performs minor repairs and assembles furniture as required.
• Executes routine tasks: trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and setup of conference rooms.
