Responsibilities

• Cleans and patrols assigned facilities and/or grounds for a sanitary, safe and attractive environment.
• Replenishes and maintains cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate quantities.
• Inspects facility safety and secures facilities and grounds to minimize risk and damage.
• Responds to immediate safety and/or operational concerns for resolution.
• Identifies and performs minor maintenance on custodial equipment and fixtures to ensure proper functioning.
• Assists with a variety of training and drills with students and staff for emergency procedures.
