Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sweep sidewalks and grounds, police grounds, pick up debris, and de-ice as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floor surfaces.
• Scrub and clean bathrooms; maintain dispensers and disinfect as needed.
• Empty trash and recycle appropriately.
• Dust furniture, walls, window sills, blinds and woodwork.
• Clean windows, walls, woodwork, blinds and light fixtures.
• Clean drinking fountains.
• Assemble, set up and move furniture as required.
• Open and secure buildings and control HVAC at start/end of day.
• Clean and organize storage room; unload and store supplies.
• Raise and lower flags; perform minor maintenance on appliances.
