Mt. Blue Regional School District Transportation and Facilities - Farmington, Maine is seeking a Custodian for Mt. Blue Middle School.

The role is a part-time, year-round position with a 2nd shift focus and a wage starting at $22.05 to $26.04 per hour, contingent on the district’s contract. The ideal candidate will pass a state-mandated physical exam, read technical information, handle chemicals safely, and be able to lift 40 lbs. and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have passed a physical exam directed by state requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical information.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Wear proper uniform attire and maintain serviceability.
• Follow district policies and contractual obligations with professionalism.
• Follow time clock procedures.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Perform general custodial duties at assigned locations.
