Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of janitorial experience with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, physical and fitness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily janitorial activities.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and sanitation; maintain safety compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff; manage performance.
