NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. seeks a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee Sitka School District facilities, supervise janitorial staff, and coordinate cleaning operations to ensure a clean, safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The role collaborates with district administration and NMS management to meet service standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, training, inventory control, and adherence to safety policies.
The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily custodial operations of Sitka School District facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for students, staff, visitors, and community members. This position supervises NMS janitorial personnel, coordinates cleaning schedules, conducts quality inspections, and ensures compliance with NMS policies, Sitka School District requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations. The Janitorial Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for NMS custodial operations and works closely with Sitka School District administration and NMS management to support the operational needs of the schools. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NMS’ mission, vision, and values.

Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
