Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily janitorial activities.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other spaces.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Coordinate special cleaning projects and inventory management.
• Maintain records of inspections, staff schedules, and training.
