Job summary

The Janitorial Supervisor at NMS oversees daily custodial operations in a secure building, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of janitorial experience with supervision.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and fit-for-duty assessment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily janitorial activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of offices and common areas for cleanliness.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Coordinate special cleaning projects and equipment maintenance.
