Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a full-time custodian for the 2nd shift in the Durham, NC area. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing facilities on a daily basis, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom upkeep. You will also support window washing and entryway surface care.

Ideal candidates have a reliable work history, can follow directions, and maintain a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms and locker rooms.
• Polish windows and surfaces within 10 feet of entryways.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and general maintenance tasks as directed.
