Job summary

McLemore Cleaning is seeking a Custodial Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to audit and improve cleanliness, safety, and operating standards across school facilities. You will conduct routine inspections of classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, and common areas, acting as an objective evaluator to drive improvements.

Requirements include 3–5 years in custodial operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory or inspection role, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial or institutional custodial operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or inspection role.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between campuses daily.
• Must pass a mandatory criminal background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required for personnel working in school environments.

Responsibilities

• Routine Facility Audits: Conduct comprehensive, unannounced, and scheduled cleanliness inspections across all assigned school buildings.
• Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Verify OSHA standards and company safety protocols in janitorial closets.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and distribute detailed inspection reports to custodial supervisors and Project Manager.
• Training & Performance Support: Identify knowledge gaps and assist in retraining sessions to improve building scores.
• Equipment & Supply Evaluation: Assess custodial equipment and monitor supply inventories during audits.
