Job summary

All City Management Services in Novato, CA is seeking a School Crossing Guard to help keep children safe on their way to and from school. This is a part‑time, on‑site role with shifts before and after school.

As a Crossing Guard, you will guide pedestrians, monitor traffic, and stay alert to protect student safety while communicating with students, parents and school staff. Training and safety equipment are provided to support your essential work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded.
• Able to stand for extended periods outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Novato residents preferred due to on‑site requirement.

Pay:

Novato Crossing Guards earn $21.00 per hour plus bonus pay. Shifts available before and after school. If both before and after school shifts are worked, you will work 3 hours a day and earn $84.00 per day!
