Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed school-based clinician to provide individual and group counseling to students with diverse needs.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to implement SESI’s social-emotional programs, aligned with IEPs and BIPs. The role requires licensure (LPC/LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.), a master’s degree in social work or related field, and at least two years’ experience with children and adolescents in schools or behavior health settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional status required (LPC/LCPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/LMHC).
• Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling services to students per IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on creating IEPs including social-emotional goals and meetings.
• Complete social-emotional assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Implement behavior management strategies and safety protocols.
• Support SEL skill development through curricula and assessments.
• Provide in-service training with teams including expressive therapy.
• Collaborate with external partners to support students and families.
• Maintain student files per regulatory requirements.
