Minimum qualifications include a Master's in School Counseling, Texas School Counselor certification, and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or a closely related field.
• Valid Texas School Counselor certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a certified school counselor.
• Ability to complete required candidate observations and documentation in accordance with TEA, TAC, and university requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to practicum candidates.
• Conduct formal and informal observations per TEA/TAC with required minutes.
• Facilitate pre-observation conferences and post-observation conferences, with timely written feedback.
• Maintain compliance with TEA, TAC, and university policies and training requirements.
