The School Counseling Field Supervisor provides mentorship, coaching, and evaluation for school counselor candidates during their practicum/internship experience. Working collaboratively with university faculty and site supervisors, the Field Supervisor conducts required observations, provides constructive feedback, and supports candidate development while ensuring compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA), Texas Administrative Code (TAC), and university program requirements.
