Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with children for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead school climate and culture development with data-driven strategies.
• Support PBIS and restorative justice practices to improve behavior.
• Engage families and communities to enhance student well-being and safety.
• Design and deliver professional development on SEL and inclusive practices.
• Monitor climate data and report findings to leadership.
