In this role, you will provide active supervision throughout the campus during lunch periods, passing times, and before/after school hours. Your responsibilities include monitoring hallways, cafeterias, outdoor spaces, and parking areas to ensure order and safety, while also enforcing school rules and supporting positive student behavior. You will respond promptly to safety concerns, conflicts, or emergencies and report any incidents or hazards to administration. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to student well-being. Previous experience working with youth is preferred, but the most important qualification is a dedication to creating a safe and supportive school environment where students can thrive.
