Application Windows
  • October Interviews: Application opens August 26th and closes September 10th, 2026 at 11:59 P.M.
  • November Interviews: Application opens September 24th and closes October 8th, 2026 at 11:59 P.M.
  • January Interviews: Application opens November 13th and closes December 2nd, 2026 at 11:59 P.M.
  • April Interviews: Application opens February 11th and closes February 26th, 2027 at 11:59 P.M.

  • Hold a current administrative license/endorsement by August 1st of the upcoming contract year
STEP 1:

Complete the current Administrative Pool application in Frontline: https://www.applitrack.com/jordandistrict/onlineapp/

  • In the application, you are required to provide 3 references, which must meet the following criteria:
    • Current Administrative Supervisor
    • 2nd Administrator with whom you have worked with in the last 5 years
    • A professional reference with whom you have worked with in the last 5 years
  • Your application will not be processed until all 3 required references are completed and returned.
  • All your references will receive an email from Mailbot@applitrack.com requesting they complete our Administrative Reference Form on your behalf. It is important you personally notify them to complete and submit the Administrative Reference Form ASAP.
  • The video portion of the application is required. Please make certain links can be viewed by anyone who has the link.
  • Following STEP 1 of the application process, applicants will receive an email notification indicating whether or not the applicant will move to STEP 2 of the administrative pool application process. Applicants who do not proceed to STEP 2 may reapply during the next school year. See details of STEP 2 below.
STEP 2

Invitation to Interview.

Administrative Pool candidates may be invited to an interview in October, November, January, or April, depending on the completion window of their application. This is a mandatory, in-person interview with the Administrative Cabinet. These interviews will be held on either Monday or Friday to accommodate travel plans for any out-of-state applicants.

OPTIONAL STEP 3:

Additional Screening.

Administrative Pool applicants may be scheduled for a 20-minute situational presentation based on a specific topic determined by the Administrative Cabinet. At the discretion of the Administrative Cabinet, STEP 3 may be completed in person or virtually.

Offer and Placement of Successful Candidates:

Following STEP 2 or 3 of the selection process, a candidate may be accepted into the Administrative Pool. These notifications will be made by phone from a member of the Administrative Cabinet. Accepted candidates will remain in the Administrative Pool for two-years and then must reapply.

UTAH STATE RETIREMENT

Benefit-eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose. Both plans are employer-paid. You can also choose to enhance your retirement with URS by contributing additional money from your paychecks into a 401k, 457, Traditional IRA, or Roth IRA.
