Job summary

The Nutrition Group is seeking a Sub Food Service Worker to join Swanton Local SD OH in a school kitchen on an as-needed basis, supporting meal prep, serving, and sanitation to meet USDA guidelines.

Responsibilities include cooking, portioning, serving, HACCP compliance, cost and inventory monitoring, cash handling, and dishwashing. Reliable transportation, basic math skills, and good communication are essential. This is an on-call, part-time role with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read recipes and perform basic math.
• Positive, consistent work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and food preparation.
