Responsibilities

• Oversee food ordering, receiving, storing, handling, preparation, and service.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff.
• Maintain records for personnel, finances, inventory, and food-related purchases.
• Ensure compliance with food service standards and safety rules.
