Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handlers Permit.
• AFSA certification required within three years in a manager role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and supervise staff, including workloads and performance evaluations.
• Order food and supplies, track inventory, and process district purchases.
• Promote positive relations among schools, district, parents, and students.
• Prepare daily food use reports and ensure NSMP compliance.
• Assist in food production and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and payroll reports as required.
