Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Passing grade on Manager’s Proficiency Exam (administered by FNS).
• Current authorization to work in the United States by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to cafeteria staff to maintain uniform standards and practices.
• Provides training to cafeteria staff in food preparation, quality control, and sanitation.
• Supervises and participates in food preparation and service to maintain high standards of flavor and appearance.
• Keeps records of income, food, and supplies and maintains staffing levels as assigned.
• Establishes work schedules and delegates tasks; ensures health and safety adherence.
