Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients and cooks breakfast and lunch menu items.
• Assigns tasks to part-time Cafeteria Workers.
• Reviews and assists food and supply inventory.
• Checks temperatures of refrigerators/freezers and prepared food.
• Completes production worksheets and records served portions.
• Monitors breakfast and lunch service setup.
• Supports cleaning of dishes and kitchen surfaces.
• Directs operations in the manager's absence.
• Maintains professional conduct with students, parents and staff.
