Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up serving lines and keeping items at proper temps.
• Prepare foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, and plan ahead for next day.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and dishwashing station.
• Assist with inventory and FIFO practices to prevent waste.
• Assist in baking as required by the menu plan.
