Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time FOOD UNIT LEAD at Page Unified School District in Page, AZ. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–4:00 pm, Fridays occasionally. Previous kitchen and supervisory experience is required.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with internal referral bonus available. Associates receive a comprehensive benefits package including Retirement Plan and Health and Wellness Programs.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and supervisory experience required.
• Ability to coordinate staff and ensure food-service standards.
• Ability to manage cash handling and daily reports.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees and assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports such as inventory-cash reports-production records, payroll and time-keeping.
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and employees and develops sanitation schedules.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Assists with staff orientation and training.
