Chartwells K-12, a Compass Group division, is hiring immediately for a full-time CHEF at Page Unified School District in Page, AZ. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm with occasional Fridays and weekends.

A food handler certification is required and pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen staff and food production, ensuring sanitation, quality and customer service.

Qualificações

• Food handler certification required.
• Experience in school dining or food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises cooks and associates in preparing, cooking and serving food, ensuring sanitation and service standards.
• Oversees hourly kitchen staff, including interviewing, scheduling and training.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, quality, portions and serving temperatures.
• Manages inventory, waste, and product replenishment.
