Kelloggsville Public Schools is seeking a part-time Food Service Utility at Kelloggsville High in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role will provide 28.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, aligned with the student calendar, with daily hours to be determined.

Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and service, adhering to safety and operational procedures, and creating a safe, welcoming dining environment for students, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn food preparation and follow procedures for safe production and service.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to protect health and well-being of students through high levels of food safety.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to interact effectively with parents, staff, students and the public in a multicultural community.
• Knowledge of cultural identity and commitment to equitable treatment of staff, students and patrons.
