Job summary

Qualifications

• Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship.
• Food handlers permit required.
• Maintain a yearly TB test.
• Alternatives to qualifications may be considered by the Board when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in quantity food production following menus and standardized recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per health department and district policy.
• Keep departmental records up to date.
• Serve students and adults in a pleasant manner while following all guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and company standards.
• Work with Cafeteria Manager and Director to ensure smooth cafeteria operation.
• Cross-train in all cafeteria areas as needed.
• Follow a clean as you go program and take pride in the work area.
