Job summary

Woods Services in Kentucky is seeking a cafeteria cook to serve meals to students and staff. You will prepare a variety of dishes, follow standardized recipes, and maintain clean, sanitary dining and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to cook and prepare sandwiches, entrees, and salads in volume.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of meals meeting nutritional standards.
• Follows recipes and portion control guidelines for consistency.
• Serves meals to students and staff with attractive presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Washes dishes and sanitizes surfaces; ensures equipment works.
• Provides customer service and assists those needing help with meals.
