Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school cafeteria.
• Assist in preparing meat dishes, vegetables and other main dishes; salads, sandwiches, fruits, soups and sauces.
• Monitor temperatures for safety and quality; ensure nutritional requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria and equipment; follow sanitation procedures.
