Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or package food items; assemble ingredients; heat, package and wrap items per procedures and HACCP standards.
• Maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition according to HACCP standards.
• Prepare and assemble entrees, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, desserts and other foods for distribution; ensure proper food temperatures.
• Assist in receipt, storage and rotation of food items; assist with inventory activities; open cans and replenish containers.
• Safely operate standard food service equipment and maintain records of assigned activities.
