Responsibilities

• Prepare and package food items following procedures and portion controls.

• Prepare entrees, fruits, vegetables and desserts for distribution.
• Assist with inventory, storage and rotation of items.
• Operate standard food service equipment safely.
• Maintain routine records of activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
