Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time CDL bus driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for public school students to and from the LifeWise site during school hours. The ideal candidate maintains punctuality, a clean driving record, and adheres to all safety protocols.

Requirements include a CDL with passenger vehicle endorsement (P), clean driving history, and successful background/MVR checks. Drug testing and annual verifications are conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with passenger vehicle endorsement (P).
• School bus endorsement preferred; clean driving record.
• Must pass background and MVR checks; drug/alcohol testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Assist students entering/exiting the bus and supervise behavior.
• Complete LifeWise training and participate in classroom volunteering if allowed.
