Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring a school bus driver to transport students safely to and from school using Zūm's technology platform. You will follow routes, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain professionalism and punctuality to ensure on-time arrivals.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record, the ability to work split shifts, and strong communication with students and staff. CDL training is provided for non-certified drivers, with opportunities for growth and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements plus state requirements and 5+ years driving experience in passenger vehicle (WAC 392-144-101).
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years driving experience in passenger vehicle (WAC 392-144-101).
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation and 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehiclerequired (WAC 392-144-101)
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle required (WAC 392-144-101)
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided for non-certified)

• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
