Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• At least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of driving experience (class A, B, C, D, E).
• Subject to background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Ability to work with people in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

Job description

Come join our team! As a bus driver, you will be supported by a dedicated local management team and receive the necessary training to perform your job safely and with care. Bus drivers are responsible for the safe delivery of passengers along set routes, adherence to bus safety and bus stop safety standards, and daily vehicle inspections, among other duties.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay Range: $20.74 – $24.98 per hour
• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 for fully licensed CDL A/B with S & P endorsements (paid in increments, valid 1/1/2026-3/31/2026)
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 for Driver Trainees (paid in increments, valid 1/1/2026-3/31/2026)
• Driver Trainees are paid $18.54 per hour while in training
• Paid Sick Days and Snow Days
