Butler’s Bus Service in Lyndonville, VT is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver. No CDL? No problem—we provide paid training.

Pay is $20/hour with a split shift (AM/PM) on weekdays only, weekly pay and guaranteed minimum hours. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for those with CDL experience; benefits include dental, vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
